We will allow up to 4 additional guest at no additional charge. Guest access Host will meet with guest upon arrival. This listing gives you access to the main and upstairs area of the house. Locked storage closets are off limits. Other things to note WE ARE LOCATED 100 YARDS FROM INTERSTAE 75, TRAFFIC NOISE WILL BE HEARD. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED inside or on the deck. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. No pets/animals of any kind. Parties are not allowed at this property. Renters are responsible for their guest. Guest will be charged an additional 100.00 cleaning fee remove stains, spills, or any bodily fluids. The fireplace is note working at this time. Lost keys : Guest will be charged a 100.00 lost key fee to replace door lock. We DO NOT allow hammocks, swings or any other items to be hung from deck posts or deck rails.
