Landscaper owned house perfect for families and big groups. It's amazing for partners or people looking to relax and disconnect at the beach or by the pool & hot-tub. Multiple activities run throughout the year. The unique garden makes it wonderful during summer and colorful autumn and spring. Winter is very enjoyable too, when we love escaping hectic Santiago for a glass of chilean wine by the fireplace or the hot tub. *House is covered with high-speed Fiber Optic Internet (600 Mbps). The space Besides a great location 7 minutes walking to the beach, what makes this place special is its delightful garden and wonderful amenities that mark the setting for you to relax and disconnect. The house is fully equipped with everything you'll need. Some of my favorites are inviting friends and family for a chilean barbecue; enjoying a hot-tub bath after hiking or swimming in the cold pacific, reading a book by the pool or enjoying a glass of chilean Cabernet wine by the fireplace. The house and garden has multiple corners to relax, find peace and rest. First level: living room; dining room; kitchen; laundry area; guests bathroom; bedrooms in Zone "A" (1 & 2) plus bedroom 3. Second level: bedrooms in Zone "B" ( 4 & 5); TV room and main bedroom plus private workspace, walking closet and bathroom. * Zones A and B: They are identical. Each zone has 2 rooms, a shared workspace and bathroom. Guest access All the facilities of the house: garden, BBQ place, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, swimming pool, Hot-tub, TV with Chromecast, etc. Other things to note We have a person that works with us helping in the kitchen and housekeeping. She is a very good cooker and really nice person. If you would be interested in hiring her, feel free to ask and we can check her availability. She loves meeting new guests. The neighborhood is very safe. We rarely hear about robberies and when we have heard of them, have been related to bicycles or diving suits that people might have left unattended.
