9-month minimum lease. Elegant, yet comfortable home. Floor to ceiling windows throughout the first floor. Total privacy in the side and back yard which boasts a beautiful swimming pool (solar heated only) with waterfall. Front yard fenced. Security system & surveillance on property. The space Just bring your toothbrush and PJs, everything else is provided for you. Main Floor: 2 living areas: Living Room - Huge flat-screen TV programmed for you to log into your Netflix, Prime, Hulu, HBO Max, Sling, etc. accounts. Two sets of French doors and lots of windows overlooking the pool and stone patio, fireplace and lovely formal furniture on Persian rugs. Kitchen - stocked including Kuerig, coffee and accouterments to get your visit off to a great start, Stainless steel appliances and large walk-in pantry. Dining Room - Formal with seating for 12 on a gorgeous handmade wooden table, with a reading nook in a corner of the classic brick room, with three sides of floor to ceiling windows. Backyard: Lovely stone swimming pool with stone water fall, flagstone patio for outdoor seating for 20. New landscaping. (not for small children) Swimming pool features a waterfall. 2 Lounge chairs by the pool on the upper deck. 3 Tables and seating for 12 by the gas grill. 6 ft.Privacy fence. Car pad accommodates 3 cars by the privacy entrance to the pool and back of house area. Front Yard: Completely fenced in the front yard with a decorative fence. Large front yard with a double-tree swing. Flagstone stairs from the driveway to entrance of the home make a statement. Fantastic walking area in the neighborhood - we walk up to 4 miles through the winding quiet streets. Mansions to enjoy along the way. The driveway serves 3 houses (kind of like a small cul-de-sac), so the parking pad provides parking for our home. Second Floor: Master bedroom King bed with ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower and soaking tub, granite countertops and double sinks. 1st bedroom: You may not be at the beach but, it sure feels like it in this beach-themed bedroom with a Queen bed and lots of fluffy linens on a wonderfully comfortable bed. Two windows that are ideal to open for a cross breeze during much of spring and fall (even winter if you like chilly sleeping!) Hall Bathroom, shared by 1st and 2nd bedroom. Bathtub and shower combination. Single sink. Lots of fluffy towels. Laundry and dressing room: Washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, area to fold clothes and extra space to dress. Guest access You've got a full run of the main floor and upstairs. About 3,000 square feet! The basement is owner's "closet" only. No entry. Other things to note Guests must walk one of three sets of flagstone steps, depending on where they are entering the house. This is not a good fit for anyone who has balance issues. There are security cameras with a sophisticated system outside the house on the property. Green Hills is a very safe area, however. Please do not rent this home if you are a smoker (of any kind including vaping). Not only is this a non-smoking property inside and out, but we also must have non-smoking guests that do NOT smoke at all. Neighbors treasure their privacy and peace, so there can be no noise that carries outside the perimeter of the property. A small dog will be considered on a case-by-case basis with additional fees and pet security deposit. Unfortunately, because of one group of guests who did not take the house rules seriously, we now must lay out the consequences. Failure to comply with the house rules will result in immediate eviction. No refund for unused days/nights. We want you to thoroughly enjoy your time in this peaceful oasis in the middle of Nashville. Please treat our home as you would your own (or your mother's!).
