This 1920's cottage is located in a quaint neighborhood, just blocks away from the Olympic Training Center and Memorial Hospital and a five-minute drive to downtown Colorado Springs. The cottage has recently received a top to bottom renovation, while still maintaining the charm of a cottage from that era. An open floor plan with a beautifully updated kitchen features stainless appliances and granite counter tops. Guests enjoy a full bath with jetted tub and custom tile work. A spiral staircase leads to a cozy loft with a built-in desk. Guest access Because this is a smart property, you may "check in" any time that is convenient for you after 3:00 p.m. Guests will receive an email with a subject of "Access instructions" prior to their arrival. Other things to note The cottage shares an outdoor living area with a small home--also an Airbnb. The shared yard has two eating areas. Guests also have access to a fire pit, relaxing sitting areas, and a gas grill.
