The space Our cozy Cottage has been updated with interior paint and expertly furnished with vintage, antique, and custom pieces. Guests will have full access to the entire cottage with ample parking, which includes 3 levels of togetherness. Entertain on a large shaded deck overlooking Lake Hartwell, there you'll find a quaint little sitting area, an outdoor patio table, chairs and a grill to enjoy outdoor dining. Indoors you will find a limited stocked kitchen, and all the comforts to make you feel like you are home, perfect for a family gathering or some quality time with friends. OUTDOOR SEATING: Entertain on a large shaded deck overlooking Lake Hartwell, there you'll find a quaint little sitting area, an outdoor patio table, chairs and a grill to enjoy outdoor dining. HEATING & AIR: We have window units upstairs and central heating & air (thermostat controlled) on the main and lower levels WIFI is Super Fast at ~450 Mbps! TV PROGRAMMING: We have smart TV's. Feel free to log into your programing, please remember to log out before you leave. HEAD OUTSIDE: For getting closer to nature we are directly on the lake and there is a path that meanders directly to the lake. Spend the day playing on the river with our kayaks or launch your boat at the Stephens County boat launch less than 5 minutes from the Lake House. The walkway to the water is around 160 feet. GRILL: We have a gas grill and we supply the propane!! LAKECRAFT: We supply 2x Tandem Kayaks If you would like to bring any kind of watercraft the nearest boat ramp is Spring Branch boat ramp being only 10 minuets away!! LIFE JACKETS: 5x Adult Universal 1x Youth NEIGHBORHOOD DOG: Kennedy is the friendly neighborhood dog. She will come to visit, but also understands "go home". There are treats located in a container on top of the refrigerator. LAKE LEVELS: The Lake levels are maintained by the Army Corp of Engineers. Depending on the month of the year/season, the lake may be at full pool or very low. Even when the levels are low we are situated right on the Tugaloo River Boat ramp: The closest boat ramp is The Stephens County Recreational Area boat ramp and is a 5-minute drive away. We supply linens, bed covers for all bedrooms, towels and wash cloths for all bathrooms, blow dryers, shampoo, conditioner, & shower gel. A starter in the kitchen that includes: paper towels, dishwasher detergent, a new scrub sponge, & trash bags. Guest access There are a few small spaces that are locked off and not accessible. Other things to note SEASONAL PRICING: Our pricing varies weekday to weekend, season to season, and holidays. *Please ensure your dates are correct to ensure the pricing is accurate* WE ARE PET FRIENDLY! *Please ensure the number of pet(s) are correct to ensure the $90 fee is included* CHECK IN: 4PM-8PM CHECK OUT: 10AM CLEANING: We clean and prepare our property for guests between 10AM check out and 4PM check in. LATE CHECK IN (after 8PM): May be possible, but please let us know in advance to ensure we can accommodate / offer additional support LATE CHECK OUT / EXTENDING YOUR STAY: Extending your check-out past 10am will affect our ability to have the house ready for 4pm check-in. We can alway look to see if the following night is available for rent if you would like to extend your stay to the following day at 10am. Book today!
