Fully functional kitchen with gas stove. Self catering facility. Private garden with a small patch of veggie and lawn. Solar water heater and solar cooker. House is geared for sustainable living. Walking distance, near station with trains to down town, to the beaches. Living without motor car made easy. Safe and quiet neighbourhood for morning walks, jogs. Pleasant tree lined green. Most of the shopping can be done on foot. Shopping mall one station away. Very peaceful and tranquil setting Guest access Linen, towels, beddings, kitchen utilities, including washing machine, pots and pans, cutlery etc. Connected to wifi. During your stay I will engage with the guests if I am in town. Other things to note I am looking for weekly rental for the month of December January only.
