SECURITY EQUIPMENT: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances. Check-in Time: 3 p.m. on the arrival date Check-out Time: 10 a.m. on the departure date Remote check-ins are available to guests who provide the host with a photo of their ID and a selfie prior to their Arrival Day. Beachview Realty reserves the right to require an in-office check-in if a guest is not approved by our remote identity verification process. Our Beachview Realty office is open 7 days a week with 24 hour emergency phone access. Lower West Newport The best strategy is to park the car and not use it until your departure! There are several local transportation options (uber, the downtowner shuttle, taxi and more), but the best is on your own two feet or a bicycle. Bus service is nearby as well. There is plenty of fun to be found in the surf and sand (surfing, body boarding, paddle boarding, sun bathing). Easy day excursions can take you to Disneyland/California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Legoland, and more!
