!!COVID INSPECTED, CERTIFIED & OPEN!! Agave Landings are affordable, one and two bedroom apartments and a studio cottage less than 165 yards from one of Antigua's best beaches. Located on Antigua’s Southwest coast, they are within minutes of a variety of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment facilities; while allowing easy access to St. Johns, Betty's Hope, English Harbour, and other sites; and providing a relaxing retreat to end your day with beautiful sunsets and star-filled skies. The space Agave Landings was recently inspected by the Government of Antigua to ensure proper COVID cleaning and response protocols are in place and approved to operate. Effective January 1st 2021 the government of Antigua & Barbuda requires the collection and payment of an Antigua & Barbuda Sales Tax (ABST) of 17% plus a Tourism Guest Levy of $5 per person, per night for guests six years and older. Our one bedroom apartments are quite roomy with a nice covered balcony and lots of windows looking out to the ocean, with views to the surrounding islands of St. Kitt's and Nevis, Redonda, and the Five Islands chain of islands. You can also see Montserrat from the beach. The walk to the beach is about 2-3 minutes. You are looking at the ocean while you are walking towards it. We have chairs and a beach umbrella that you can take with you to the beach inside the apartment. There is a BBQ Grill for all the guests to use. The apartments have a stackable washer/dryer inside the apartment. It has a queen sized bed, bathroom and full sized shower, a dining area, and sitting area. We have FREE Wi-Fi internet service. We provide you with all linens including beach towels, and all kitchen utensils. We also have back-up generator power should the electricity go out. There is also an outdoor table and chairs for dining or just taking in the view. You only have to shop for groceries and unpack!!! Kitchens are fully equipped with a toaster, blender, coffee maker, microwave, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is air conditioning in each room and window screens, ceiling fans, and tile floors throughout with 110 volt electricity. There is also a flat screen TV, stereo/CD player, iron/ironing board, and hair dryer. Guest access Our property is gated. Guests are given a gate code and remote access device which can be used in their rental vehicles. Once on the property you have access to the entire property including the paved parking, outdoor shower, BBQ Grill, and garden areas. Other things to note We have a washer/dryer, hair dryers, iron, and laptop friendly spaces within the apartment. We are within walking distance of three restaurants/bars. More are within a one mile radius in either direction.
