The space The villa provides an experience like no other. The 5 bedroom and 5.5 bath estate provides individual suites with space to enjoy your privacy, with family or friends. This includes an independent unattached cottage with its own respective bathroom and appliances. The open splendor kitchen is equipped with all necessary apparatus to prepare your favorite meals. Our Bahama room connects the main building to our private swimming pool (no out door hot tub), a perfect space to spread out and enjoy. Thinking about exercising? No problem as there is a gym, and access to bicycles. Planning to go fishing? You can board your fishing adventure directly on our private dock. The Dock is well equip with lighting, potable water, and a 30amp shore power hook up (for a small fee). Other things to note - The pool is not heated and the raised area of the pool is a soaking tub and not heated either. - Smoking is not permitted inside the premises - Tampering with Boat Lift is strictly not permitted - The Caribbean room & Gym are open to guests without AC. If You want AC on in said rooms, it is an additional fee. - Guests must sign an inventory check list. If there were to be something missing or broken, charges would be made at check out - 30amp Shore Power hook up is available upon request - Absolutely no events or parties allowed on or in the property. Penalties will apply if this stipulation is not followed.
