Our 3BR/2BA remodeled Mill Valley home is a great retreat for business and vacation travelers alike! Fully remodeled property inside and out with brand new finishes, furnishings, and decor bring a bright and open feel to our almost 100yr old home! The space Guests will arrive to find a spacious and open-concept home. Brand new kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances throughout and just about everything a home cook will need to whip up a delicious meal! The living room features large windows, which open up to hillside views and flood the space with natural light. There's also a large Smart TV and Tempurpedic pull-out mattress so we can comfortably host extra guests. Just off the living room, there's a lovely private balcony with a couple of Adirondack chairs to take in gorgeous morning views of Mt. Tamalpais. The first two of the three bedrooms feature brand new queen mattresses, large closet, and gorgeous colors to make every guest feel right at home. These two bedrooms share the spacious hallway bathroom with dual sink vanity and a spacious shower with a gorgeous stainless steel waterfall showerhead. At the end of the hallway, guests will find the large and private master bedroom! This bedroom not only features a lovely queen-sized bed but also a dedicated workspace (for any guest looking to get some work done), as well as a Smart TV, and lovely en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower with a built-in bench. Other things to note - Our home has a tankless water heater and cold water takes 30-60 seconds before it becomes hot. Once it does, you have an endless supply of hot water! - There are local businesses underneath our home. The closest is an art and innovation after school/day camp for children. - Our home is on Miller Ave. You may hear passing cars, particularly in the front room. - There are about 30 steps leading to our home. Mill Valley is renowned for its hillslope homes. - Street parking only. Please read all parking signs.
