Guests have access to all 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, basement game room, deck, propane grill, private hot tub, fire pit and outdoor spaces. You’ll have plenty of room for relaxing, cooking, playing games, enjoying the outdoors, gathering around the fire pit, soaking in the jacuzzi, watching movies, hosting family meals and making the most of your Pocono stay. Guests also have the option to purchase amenity passes for the Emerald Lakes community amenities. These may include access to lakes, beaches, swimming, boating, fishing and the community center during open hours. At the Emerald Lakes community center, you’ll find a heated indoor pool, dining/grill area, game/arcade room, locker rooms, saunas and showers. Around the community, there are also seasonal outdoor amenities such as an outdoor pool, playgrounds, basketball courts, tennis courts, volleyball courts and a sledding hill. When you’re at the house, you’ll feel like you’re in your own secluded wooded retreat, surrounded by nature, fresh mountain air and peaceful Pocono scenery. At the same time, you’re only minutes from restaurants, supermarkets, drug stores, gas stations, shopping and some of the best four-season attractions in the Pocono Mountains. This is a great location for winter ski trips, spring hiking weekends, summer lake days, fall foliage escapes, holiday getaways, family reunions, multi-family vacations, birthday weekends, cozy retreats and quiet time away from the city.
