This 950 square foot bungalow - newly renovated - is set into our beautiful, peaceful ranch/meadow surroundings. It is fully equipped for self-catering with kitchen/dining area. Spacious open-space style (see photos), with large porch, a beautiful pool, hot tub, barn with hens, mini donkeys, and 2 llamas, and our two beloved Golden Retrievers. We are only 25 minutes from downtown Prescott with all its amenities, and then back home to the quiet, and amazing starry skies of Skull Valley. The space Set off main road, away from traffic, and part of ranch and meadow property. The cottage is open plan with all sleeping, essentially, in the same space. One king bed, one double sofa bed, and one single day bed. The cottage is fully equipped for people to bring and prepare their own food, but we like to set you up with essentials - coffee, cream, butter, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, selections of herbs and spices, fresh eggs from our hens, and a crusty loaf of home-made bread! If there are fresh veggies in the garden or greenhouse, or fruit on the orchard trees, you are welcome! We love our native plants and the butterflies, insects, and birds that love the native plants. No toxic chemicals ever used on the property. Guest access We have a beautiful swimming pool, heated by solar panels, so folks tend to wait until summer to enjoy the pool. If you are Scandinavian you are welcome in the pool any time! Of course the hot tub is available any time. If your stay is long enough for you to want to launder clothewe can make our own laundry facilities available for you. And if my 'gals' are laying, you can collect your own fresh, organic, non-gmo eggs from the barn. Other things to note We love dogs and have two of our own - Tamu and Rafiki. We discourage guests bringing their own pets. We also have two miniature donkeys, Elvis and Tiffany; two llamas - Pablo and Sheila - and chickens. Brenda's Place has a smart TV and a separate DVD player. We have Starlink internet in our main house and have a Point-to-Point booster set in the cottage.
