Enjoy sunrise, sunset and sounds of the ocean from your bedrooms and own private balcony overlooking a beautiful seascape and nature with horses and cows and goats freely grazing nearby. Situated 45 minutes from Nadi airport and 10 minutes from Sigatoka. Ideal for families, couples and solo travellers. This house is an ideal hub for guests to experience and enjoy the real Fiji. The space Two clean, well presented bedrooms with sufficient storage. One with ensuite and large wardrobe space, one with amazing views. Bath, beach towels and bedding are provided. There is a lounge suite and entertainment area for your enjoyment including many books, a TV, set-up with local channels and DVD player and complimentary wifi. The kitchen consists of: gas cooking facilities, toaster and toastie maker, Nutri-bullet (smoothie-maker), kettle and fridge-freezer. We also have washing facilities. To the front of the property is ample parking space and outdoor shower. To the rear of the property is a large deck, gas BBQ and panoramic views of the ocean. Your hosts Aggie lives nextdoor across the walkway and more than happy to accommodate any additional requests and your needs. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house 'Upper Hutt', which is complete with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge/living area, kitchen and deck as well as parking space to the front. Other things to note A very safe, peaceful setting. The house is two-minutes from the supermarket and petrol station, 5 minutes from the national park (sand-dunes) and 10 minutes to the nearest town (Sigatoka). The accommodation is between the exclusive resorts (Outrigger, Shangri-La Fijian), most attractions and excursions offer transfers from these resorts. Aggie has great local knowledge and is happy to offer advice or information on all attractions. Car-hire and airport transfer can be arranged at additional cost but this must be discussed prior to arrival. We also have access to a soft-rack for those travelling with surfboards (again please discuss at time of booking).
