Each room has comfy bedding and pillows. There is now a table in the open area with plenty of work/eating space. The outdoors are well lit with Italian lights and the tomato plants are growing quickly - feel free to harvest one for a snack. If you only need 1 bedroom during your stay, and it is long term (1 month +), we can convert the 2nd bedroom to be a living/work space for you. Guest access A private side entrance, with 10 steps (and hand rail) leads you to your own patio and a private locked door. Upon entering you have a kitchenette area, two bedrooms, and a private bathroom. There is a door to the balance of the house that remains closed during your stay for complete privacy. Other things to note Mt Washington is a treasured neighborhood for peace, tranquility, nature and great walks. We are minutes away from the mecca of hipster life - Highland Park, 10 minutes from Downtown LA or Pasadena. There is a Metro Rail station at the bottom of the hill and you can even get to the beach on the rail system!
