St Augustine Flat is the best place in town to stay. Unmatched location and space, save $$. Located in the prestigious “Pill Hill” walking distance to all of downtown Rochester, 1 block from St. Marys Hospital (in the background of pic). From St Marys catch the free Mayo Shuttle to other Mayo locations. Beautiful hardwood floors, 1 bedroom with walk-in closet, full bath, Kitchen, Fast WiFi, Smart Tv. The space is upstairs. The stairs are steep with narrow tread! I look forward to hosting you! The space Beautiful and sun soaked apartment. 1 bedroom, large walk-in closet, large sun soaked living room, kitchen and full bath. Access to lower level laundry provided when the apartment is vacant. The home is a duplex. St. Augustine Cottage is the main level. St. Augustine’s Flat is the upper level apartment. The only shared space is the side entry way. The kitchen is fully stocked with crockpot, blender, and coffee maker. Fast internet, smart tv Catch the free Mayo Shuttle from St. Marys to the Gonda building. The city bus stop is also at St. Marys. The home is located within blocks of several restaurants, salons, gas stations. Other things to note The house is a duplex No cable tv. Smart tv provided (must use own accounts). Fast wifi, dvd player Particularly for larger/taller guests considering staying the bathroom is small. **If you were HAPPY with your stay and leave a 4 star review, I am unwilling to host you again. ***Unpredictable helicopter noise to St. Marys. If noise is an issue please do not book. ******* Please do not book if you will review the home negatively based on the disclosed “unpredictable helicopter noise.”***** **We operate a share cabinet. We leave pantry and fridge/freezer items that we believe the next guest may enjoy and could use. No street parking during weekday working hours. Street parking is available in the evenings and on the weekends. Driveway parking available. Parking available for 1 car (additional parking available with advance notice) Space is cooler in the winter and warmer in the summer. Downstairs guests controls thermostat for central heat and air. Space heaters and 2 window ac’s provided for additional comfort. ***Must use dedicated heater/ac outlets to prevent breakers popping (1 is under kitchen window, 1 near leaving room closet). ****The home is a duplex. **** Street parking available for additional cars for stays longer than 2 weeks (will need several days notice to arrange parking permit) ***We provide shampoo, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, 2 rolls toilet paper, 1 paper towel roll, 1 trash bag per day to get you started, you may need to refill depending on the length of your stay.*** ***There are times that you may need to wait and let the water run clear. My personal suggestion is to buy bottled water.*** *In effort to keep costs down we do not throw out items based on a stain. We use our best discretion and strive to give you a clean and cozy home at affordable rates. ***No local guests without prior approval before booking*** The apartment is upstairs!
