The space The House is fully air-conditioned with AC in every room. There is a Flat screen TV in the living room in the ground floor. New blankets, sheets and towels will be provided upon arrival. We hire an excellent cleaning service company that will clean the house before you arrive. so we usually need to 2 days notice before arrival and that is why there is a cleaning fee. We want to make sure you we provide you with an excellent service. We expect to receive the house in the same condition we deliver it and we take that very seriously. Any damage done to the house will be compensated for. Once we confirm the booking. I will send you the location and will give you the keys as agreed. photocopies of identifications of each guest is a mandatory to get you entrance permit. If you will have visitors, you will need to send their photocopies too. for non-Egyptians visa stamps might be needed as well. Pets are allowed but you'll have to follow the compounds pet safety rules if you will them outside the house. There is a nanny room, that is usually closed unless you will need it, I will give you the key. The place is ideal for families. but everyone is welcomed.
