THINGS TO NOTE BEFORE BOOKING Please review carefully to ensure our home is the right fit for your stay. **Fireplace** - The indoor fireplace is not usable. The gas valve has been disconnected for safety reasons. **Pool & Spa Heating (Shared Equipment)** - The pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time. They operate on shared equipment (one heater, one pump, and one set of valves). - Spa heating is $50/day if left on overnight. **Desert Environment** The desert is no stranger to bugs. Insects may occasionally crawl or fly indoors, especially if doors are left open. Routine pest service is maintained, but this is part of desert living. **Pet-Friendly Home** This is a pet-friendly property. While we clean thoroughly between stays, guests with pet allergies should take this into consideration before booking. **Quiet Hours & Community Rules** - Quiet hours are 10:00 pm – 7:00 am. - No outdoor activities, music, or noise during quiet hours. - Outdoor amplified sound is never permitted. - Guests must follow all community rules, occupancy limits, and city regulations. Violations may result in fines, loss of deposit, or eviction without refund. **Golf Course Location** The home overlooks the Nicklaus Tournament Course. While the property is elevated and positioned to minimize risk, guests should be aware they are staying on a golf course. Guest access Welcome to PGA West! The home is tucked inside the prestigious gated community of PGA West. Gate & Directions: Some map apps may incorrectly direct you to the unmanned Madison Street gate, which will not allow entry. Please use one of the following manned gates instead: Weiskopf Gate #1, La Quinta, CA PGA West Pete Dye Stadium Course entrance Once inside the community, enter the home address: 55039 Winged Foot, La Quinta, CA Exiting the Community: You may exit through the unmanned gate on Winged Foot. From the driveway, turn right, continue straight, and the gate will be less than ¼ mile on your right. This will take you to Madison Street for a quicker exit. Reentry Reminder: To reenter PGA West, you must return through the manned gates (Weiskopf #1 or Pete Dye Stadium Course). Unmanned gates do not permit reentry. Other things to note Guest Rules & Key Information Occupancy: Max 8 overnight guests, 16 daytime guests (per City of La Quinta STVR Permit #065559). Pets: Small dogs under 20 lbs welcome. NO CATS allowed. Parking: Max 4 vehicles. Street parking only if driveway/garage are full (at least 2 cars must remain in driveway first). Violations may incur fines ($100–$500). Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. No outdoor sound amplification. Please respect neighbors. Pool & Spa: Pool & spa hours: 8 AM–10 PM. Pool is cleaned Tuesdays & Fridays; notify us if additional cleaning is needed. Request heating 48 hours in advance. Fireplace: Indoor fireplace is not usable due to safety reasons. Pest Control: Monthly service provided; bugs may occasionally enter if doors are open. BBQ & Firepit: Use gas timer near pool equipment; always turn off gas after use. Golf Course: Private property—no access for non-golfers. Trespassing fines enforced. City Rules: Violations (noise, occupancy, parking, parties) may result in fines of $500–$5,000.
