- This is riverfront villa 800m2 but it is very close the beach (just around 20m away from the beach). - 5 bedrooms, detail is 4 double bedroom villa (queen size) + 1 small room double bed (1,4m x 2m) with 5 en suite bathrooms. - The master bedroom has an additional large balcony. Downstairs there is a huge open plan kitchen/living room with folding glass doors that completely open on to the pool, garden and waterway. - This villa can accommodate up to 10 adults + 4 children. The space Sanctuary Ho Tram resort community is only 135 kilometers east of Ho Chi Minh city, in the hamlet of Ho Tram. A short trip either by car. This takes about 2 hours either mode of transport. The resort facilities include an alfresco restaurant, a tennis court and a children’s playground. Housekeeping and full room service menus are available to guests in the privacy of their own homes but will be charged. The Riverfront Villas follow a theme of indoor/outdoor living. These villas open out to Sanctuary's private central waterway and beautifully landscaped grounds. The villa is designed with an open-plan layout with unfolding windows and doors which give the villa an alfresco ambiance with an infinity swimming pool and garden going down to the water’s edge. There is fishing, cycling, walking, beach, river, supermarket shopping half an hour away to top up supplies, tennis and general being in the sun sea and sand life to contend with. You can bring your own food with spices into the villa. The kitchen is basically equipped with BBQ by charcoal, fridge,.... so you can cook in the villa. A private place for family & friends, an ideal place for party & relaxing after tired working days. Note: Coffee machine, Dishwasher are not available in the villa. Guest access - Enjoy a spacious villa & garden, private swimming pool. It just takes around 20 meters to the beach. - Private beach - Children playgound in the resort ( for free) - Kayak for free - Tennis court (with charge) - Spa service ( with charge) - Garage of villa is fixed for 2 car 7 seats - Fresh seafood is 200m away from the resort Other things to note - This is private villa so breakfast is not included . If you'd like to have breakfast you can have at Sanctuary’s restaurant with buffet or A Lart carte or you can prepare the food in villa by yourself. - If you need a maid during your stay to help you clean the villa every day like resort's standard or prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, or assist with day chores over your stay; help you find things, chop vegetables, wash-up, keep clean etc then please let us know then we will arrange for you and this is additional charges. - Transportation from Ho Chi Minh airport to the villa (or return) will be provided upon request with car 16 seats or 7 seats with reasonable cost. *** Please be noted that car ABOVE 16 seats is not allowed to the resort. So if you use car ABOVE 16 seats, then you have to walk from security gate to the villa ( it is around 150 meters away from the gate to the villa), or you can use buggy car service of the resort to take you or your stuffs to the villa and the fee is 200,000 vnd/way. So please arrange your car accordingly.
