The space The apartment is very comfortable and functional. It is equipped for 5 people, with washing machine, dryer and dishwasher . Lounge and beach games are arranged for relaxing moments. Smart TV in the common area Tv in master bedroom The common areas enjoy walking space, children's games, a pool and an outdoor terrace. Please note that in the lease they are not included, kitchen cloths, towels or sheets. Guest access The building currently has an outdoor pool and outdoor Jacuzzi. Due to the pandemic, both operate under a reservation system to control capacity and reduce the risk of infection. It is recommended to look at specific information on this page in order to know details of the regulations in force at the date of your visit. Other things to note Internal rules and tenant rules will be emailed upon confirmation of the rental. They must be reviewed and known to avoid any problems with other visitors or owners. Please pay attention to the following points, as in case of non-compliance, fines agreed in the internal regulations will be applied. 1. Do not walk barefoot, wet or half-dressed through the corridors inside the building. 2. Do not enter the pool without showering in the showers provided in the pool area 3. Do not hang towels or clothes on balcony railings, or on the pool railing. 4. Do not make annoying noises at inappropriate times that disturb the rest of the other inhabitants. 5. Do not drink alcohol in common areas 6. Do not leave towels to guard pastries if they are not being used. If the practice is detected, they will be removed by the guards. 7. Always keep elevator exit screens closed. This is a windy area and if they are not closed, they could break and cause an accident. 8. If for any reason you spill liquids in a common space, inform the front desk and request cleaning support. 9. The whirlpool does not allow access to children under 14 years of age or younger without the company and supervision of an adult. 10. Pools are not available for use on Mondays due to maintenance. Other requests do not affect fines but safeguard the apartment's proper functioning and the tenant's evaluation at the end of the lease. 1. Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted. 2. If you use the washer or dryer, please remove the sand from the clothes before doing so. 3. Do not throw papers, diapers, toilet sticks, or objects into the toilet. 4. Do not throw glass or loose trash in the shaft. 5. Please use the ecological shaft for recyclable waste such as glass, Tetra Pak boxes, cardboard. 6. When leaving, please close the windows and curtains and remove the trash, so as not to leave bad smells inside the apartment. 7. If you have questions regarding the operation of the dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, boiler or heating, please contact the host so that he can guide you and solve them. 8. Report to the guard the day you leave, stating the apartment number you have left.
