The property is situated on the banks of the port channel (new channel), in an extremely privileged location. Its land location is at the end (“cul-de-sac”) of a quiet street; its maritime location is at the bottom of the canal, also quiet. A stream separates it from its eastern neighbor, increasing privacy and adding a restful murmur of running water. The main beach is 350 m from the property. The property receives water from the condominium's own springs. The place is served with abundant electricity, a telephone network with a digital station located in the condominium itself, and Internet and cable television networks. The property receives the morning sun and the geography of the place protects it from the afternoon sun.
