Beach Dream was built in 2022, a luxurious beachfront house on a gorgeous 3-mile long powder-soft sand beach. The house is a little north of Nippers on the beach and close to everything. It's SPECTACULAR and has 4 BR, 3 BA with 3 KING beds, a fully-furnished gourmet kitchen and filtered water. The space The house has been rebuilt from the ground up and finished in 2022, so everything is brand new. There is a wall of windows in the great room and dining room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the gorgeous pink/white sand beach that stretches for miles. The beach house is elevated and offers panoramic views from the large front deck of the wrap around porch. There is a nice sloped path down the dune to the beach without the need for stairs. If you like the best, Beach Dream is for you!...it's EXTRAORDINARY! Every detail has been beautifully executed, from the nice plank flooring to 10' ceilings in the bedrooms and the vaulted cypress tongue and groove ceilings in the great room. Bedroom Details: All of the bedrooms have been furnished with high thread-count sheets and bedding. The master bedroom has a KING bed with French doors that open onto the front deck and the gorgeous colors of the ocean. The master bath has a double vanity with a beautifully tiled shower. The second master also has a KING bed with its own entrance into the bathroom that can also be accessed from the hallway. It also has a tiled shower. The third bedroom has a KING bed and the fourth bedroom has 2 bunk beds and a twin bed. There is a third bath room with a shower/bath located near the third and fourth bedrooms. There is also a pack-n-play if needed. There are individual air conditioning units in each room for one's desired temperature. Beach Dream has back-up power with battery storage and solar that runs the entire house, so you don't have to worry about power outages, or hear a generator! DirecTV with 50 inch 4K TV with built-in APPS: Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Instant Video, YouTube STARLINK high-speed satellite internet is provided for free throughout the house. Please note that the lower level is an add-on and will usually not be rented separately by other guests.... The lower level is Beach Time...a spacious, separate apartment with its own entrance and is available for an additional cost of $450 per night. It is 2BR, 2BA with KING beds and features a full size, well-equipped kitchen with a large island and great room. This is for 4 guests, so combined, both levels can accommodate up to a total of 13 guests. There is a cleaning fee for stays of less than a week. $250 for the upper level and $200 for the lower level. Guest access You'll have the upper level house to yourselves and a gas grill is available to cook your catch of the day! The lower level also has a separate gas grill.
