During your stay, Sea Urchin will be powered by a stand by diesel generator and water is supplied via an independent tank system. Cheerful housekeeping is provided by our experienced team and included in your fees. Complimentary Blue Mountain coffee, Catherine's Peak spring water and assorted teas are included during your stay. Leave the cooking up to us or throw on an apron and jump right in as the kitchen is fully equipped. Our team can stock the fridge and cupboard ahead of your arrival with all your favourites. Shopping services attract a service surcharge of 15 - 18% and any transportation fees incurred. Meal preparation by our local chef will incur an additional cost of $50 USD/day. Menu selections are available upon request and we highly recommend making arrangements ahead of time to ensure that you enjoy your stay down to the last bite. You can expect to budget anywhere between $25 - 50 USD per person per day for groceries, depending on your preferences. Once the menu plan receives final approval from the guest we will send meal prep charges and 50% of the conservative shopping deposit via the platform and are due a week ahead of arrival. To further enhance the reliability of the service, we have upgraded the property by installing the amplify ubiquity WiFi mesh system which supports seamless service that is both stable, fast and reliable. Additionally, the smart TVs are equipped with 250 channels in all, 80 of which are in HD for your viewing pleasure.
