The space Come and enjoy this 8,000 Sq Ft Villa right on the sand, 50 ft. from the ocean! 4 bedroom villa each with it's own full bathroom and air condition, newly updated fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, formal living room and dining room, Palapa, pool, charcoal BBQ area, WiFi, gated private parking and 24/7 security. There are 2 caretakers on the property for daily maintenance and cleaning and cook is provided to support in your daily meals (groceries not included). "Club Las Gaviotas" is inside Residencial Salinitas, just a 3-minute walk from the villa. You will find a basketball court, tennis court, and a water tower accessible by stairs for a spectacular 360 degree view . You will also find food service nearby to order soups, cocteles, pupusas, pizza, french fries, ice cream and more... Other things to note: Do not enter the pool with sand, there are pools showers to rinse off. Do not sit on hammocks or beds while wet No hot water/No hot showers. No large parties. For security purposes, an "Authorization Form" will be completed prior to entering the property. Security will corroborate the names of all house guests, along with ID (DUI or passport #), and vehicle license plate #'s. Please make sure you have physical ID at time of entry, if not you will be denied entrance. A one- time $2 entry per person is payable in CASH to the security kiosk. Children under 2 years old are free.
