Beautiful 5-bedroom villa on a private estate (guarded 24/7). The single-story villa as well as the garden (1600 m2) and the private pool are secluded. Option: 28-degree pool heating all year round (€50/day extra) 3 bedrooms with private bathroom/shower and toilet 1 Suite of 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds (rooms separated by a door) Baby cot and high chair at your disposal 2 TV / WIFI / DVD Housekeeper included from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Breakfast included The space THE VILLA: The house, the large garden and the private pool are completely secluded, you cannot see or be seen by the neighbors. Rammed earth walls surround the property. You have exclusive use of the pool (maintained twice a week). The pool is 150 cm deep, 4.5 m wide and 10 m long, it extends to a 70 cm deep covered patio, with 3 benches in the water. On the other side, there is a covered patio with benches too, without water this time ;-). Heating the pool (in winter at 28 degrees) is optional with an extra €50/day. If this option is taken, you will be asked to manage the daily cover with the tarp overnight. There is a large terrace next to the kitchen and bedrooms to the EAST, with a bar and benches. On the facade there is a terrace with fountain. And at the entrance of the house, on the side of the orange trees, there is also a small shaded patio, this gives you 4 possibilities of terraces. The house consists of a living room overlooking the front terrace, 2 large bedrooms each with dressing room, private toilet, bathroom for one and a large walk-in shower for the other. 1 large master suite consisting of 2 bedrooms, one double and one with 2 single beds, a dressing room, a safe, a shower room and a toilet. A kitchen, and a large dining room, and shared toilet OUTSIDE -: Tennis, playground, and petanque court: free / (outside the villa at 50 m) (rackets available, no balls) - Home SPA for massages and treatments: extra charge - Hammam 3 km away, possibility of being transported there LOCATION: The estate is a 10-minute drive from 3 wonderful 18-hole golf courses (Amelkis, Royal Golf, Al Madeen). It is 20 km from the airport / 30 minutes by car from the center of the Medina. ELECTRICITY: A meter reading will be done at the beginning and end of the stay. Any abnormal consumption will be invoiced or deducted from the security deposit. This precaution is provided to make tenants aware of the proper management of air conditioning (closed doors) and lighting, so that they can be turned off when a room is unoccupied. The reading will be done for any consumption that is not in a prudent and responsible manner Guest access The villa is fully available. Fully private.
