Ideally located in the picturesque mining town of Santa Lucia, dating back to the 1500s, a preferred tourist destination. We offer a unique experience, with the comforts of a modern home, (Wi-Fi, Smart TV) but maintaining a Colonial style, with gardens of various flowers. Ideal for relaxing, resting, having a barbecue, celebrating a birthday, or enjoying an evening by the fire, together with all your family and friends. A/C only in the master bedroom The space A three-bedroom house, with several social areas to live a unique experience with the whole family and friends. It has a barbecue area, football table, Giant Jenga, campfire area, swings, and a piñata area, a TV room and a study. Guest access Our location is accessible by any type of vehicle. We have parking inside the property. Santa Lucia has bus and motorcycle taxi service; however, visiting the village from our house does not require a vehicle. Covered parking for 7 vehicles, one behind the other. Main parking for 2 vehicles with electric gate. Second parking lot with access from the side of the property. Each floor has wheelchair accessibility. Use of second parking is required for wheelchair access to the ground floor. Other things to note We have high-speed Wi-Fi (50mb) with coverage in most areas of the house. Swings for children, with a climbing ladder and a small Little Tykes game for the little ones. We are located in front of Plaza Arcava, where you can find different types of food, from tacos to sushi. Occasionally, there may be power outages during the rainy season, but outages are quickly addressed by the EEH. If that happens, the electric gate can be opened manually.
