Twin Peaks is a farm style log home that has the feeling of a private resort. Over-looking the water this 3Ha property with 2500 sqm of planted lawn has it all. The property is an entertainers dream. The Lapa features a snooker table, poker card table and table tennis. Full-length stacking doors open up onto the floodlit tennis court, massive pool and Jacuzzi, as well as a volleyball court and large sports surface and waterfront stage. with so much to do you will never be bored. The space 7 beautifully decorated bedrooms in the main house sleeps 15 guests comfortably, 3 of these bedrooms have an en suite bathroom and the other 4 bedrooms share 2 common bathrooms, kitchen has all the necessary items to prepare your home cooked meals and there's a big open plan lounge and dining area, please note the house is not a 5 star hotel but it has all the amenities for an enjoyable stay, Guest access There's a 7 km dirt road from the main tar road to the house and during the rainy season this road can become very muddy which makes it difficult for low clearance vehicles. high clearance vehicles are recommended during the rainy season, The entire property is for the use of guests and its not shared with anyone, there's a separate cottage on the property which doesn't form part of the main house however should you wish to use this space for extra guests arrangements can be made before hand for a extra fee Winter months can get icy cold and even though we have the basic heaters in the house it still gets icy cold, there's an outdoor fire pit which can be used so be sure to bring along plenty of firewood. Guests are requested to bring along there own personal hygiene items such as shampoos, body wash, perfumes etc, general dish washing liquid and hand soaps will be provided. Borehole water is being used in the house which hasnt been tested for drinking purposes so we recommend you bring along bottled water for drinking purposes, Fresh towels and linen are provided upon check in and will only be washed or replaced for bookings longer than 3 days, should you require a cleaning lady to do basic cleanups each morning prior arrangements can be made and you can deal directly with the cleaning lady regarding agreed fees etc. All care is taken to have all items maintained and in working order however being such a huge place things do go wrong and should something not be working on arrival it will to the best of our ability try to fixed but in the unfortunate event that it cant be fixed and such item is not classified as a necessity then no claim of refunds can be made against the owners, lastly should anything not be to the liking of any guest then upon arrival and as soon as possible the owners should be made aware of it so that should the guest want to vacate the property for a full refund arrangements can be made provided the reason is justified such as in terms of a health and safety concern etc, Other things to note The massive pool is not fenced due to it being build as an infinity pool overlooking the dam so special care should be taken especially with kids, the pool is however raised above the ground but still extra care should be taken, unfortunately the owners, staff and management cannot and will not be held liable for any loss or injury caused by any means whatsoever.
