The space The cottage is set within a 5,000 m² ecological plot, designed to live in harmony with nature. From your private 6×2 m covered terrace, enjoy silence, fresh air, and the peaceful rhythm of the surrounding environment. At night, we collect fog water from the roof, which flows into small basins—a favorite spot for birds to drink and bathe. Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared garden areas, which include: • A spacious 6×6 m terrace for relaxing or socializing • A unique cascade of 3 natural-style pools, where water flows from one level to the next • A poolside deck set into the garden with stunning views over the countryside, the hills, and the coastal village of Guanaqueros, just 4 km away The entire garden is filled with native trees and blooming plants, providing food and shelter for local wildlife. Three pairs of hummingbirds (colibríes) live on the property and nest in the protected Chilean “Litre” trees. Climb our watchtower for a panoramic view of the surroundings—from green valleys to distant mountains. The property has 10 on-site parking spaces for cars and pickups. 🔐 Safety: The entire plot is fenced and gated on all sides. The main gate remains closed during the day and is locked at night for your peace of mind. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the BBQ , firepit areas, the birwatching tower, common walking areas, up to the area marked by the wooden fence surrounding the compound.
