My husband and I built this home to be a vacation rental. The lot that we choose is special in that it has amazing ocean views looking to the south as well as the north. We are also located on the 7th hole of Bodega Harbour Golf Links. The space This home has a large great room which includes the kitchen, nook, dining room, and family room all in one area with amazing ocean and golf course views. Plenty of room for everyone to be together. If you want a private area, the two master bedrooms have a sitting area looking out over the canyon and golf course. Great for families, girl trips, guy trips, golf trips. This home also works great for company retreats. In addition to the two master bedrooms there are two additional bedrooms with one queen bed in each. The fifth bedroom doubles as a theater room and has a queen sofa sleeper in it. This room has a door and is private. There is also a queen sofa sleeper upstairs in the main living room which is not private. I can also arrange conceirge services for you such as in-home chef, in-home spa day, wine tasting limousine tours, sailboat tours, deep sea fishing, whale watching, and horseback riding on beach. Guest access You will have access to everything in the home including fully stocked pantry, spices, movies, games, pool table, hot tub, firepit, propane bbq, and of course the home theatre room! Other things to note My husband and I go to the property every four to six weeks to deep clean the property and restock pantry for the next 4-6 weeks.
