Additional guest/s, up to 4 guests per room. The space Booking the place depends on the number of guests, it is not automatically the entire place. There are a total of 4 bedrooms with 9 queen size beds and 4 toilet/bathroom. For 1 to 4 guests - 1 room with 2 queen size beds and 1 toilet/bathroom 5 - 8 guests - 2 bedroom with 4 queen size beds and 2 toilet/bathroom 9 - 12 guests - 3 rooms with 6 queen size beds and 3 toilet/bathroom 13-18 guests - 4 rooms with 9 queen size beds and 4 toilet/bathroom For 1 or 2 guests only, you can request either 1 or 2 beds set-up in your room. When booking, exact number of guests shall be placed including children, thus if upon checking in, the guests' numbers are beyond what was actually booked, the host has the right to deny the excess. Guest/s may use the kitchen and other stuff therein and is/are expected to wash their own dishes and return the stuff used in their proper place. You may message the host for clarification/inquiries. Few steps from the property is a white beach that you can swim right away. Also near Kia and Bakhaw beaches (these are public and white sand) less than 2km. Timubo Cave is just around 2km away. Lake Danao is also few kilometers. Great for jogging/walking early in the morning. Very accessible because it's beside the main road. Fresh catch fish are available just nearby early morning or afternoon. Main market/big grocery store are located in the town proper of San Francisco about 12km from the property. Motorcycles for rent are available at the ports upon your arrival, thru online or even in our neighborhood. Just ask assistance from our staff. For groups, tricycles and multicabs (open type jeepneys) are also available upon arrival at the port. The host can also help you contact/book ahead these vehicles for pick up, return to port as well as day tours (package).
