Lazy Bear Cabin is the perfect place to relax and unwind in a serene and beautiful Ponderosa pine tree setting. Quaint and affordable, this 2-bedroom cabin is well equipped and features a private hot tub for total relaxation in the woods. At 7000 feet elevation, fresh air and mild temperatures await your arrival. A cozy gas stove provides warmth in the winter months. The cabin is perfectly located a quick 10 minutes from downtown Flagstaff for great dining and entertainment options. The space Enjoy your time in Flagstaff in this perfectly located cabin. Soak under the stars in the brand new hot tub after a day of adventures in Northern Arizona. Self check-in makes this stay easy and comfortable. We generally only host four people at this property, but a fifth person can be added to the reservation- there is a 25$ per extra person per night that applies. PLEASE NOTE: there is only a queen bed for two people and two twin beds for two people. A blow up mattress is available for an additional guest with parties with 5 people. Due to recent issue with complaints of late night noise, we have to enforce strict quiet hours. Quiet hour are from 930 pm to 6 am. HOT TUB USE: Guests assume all responsibility for injuries/damages/illness when using the hot tub during their reservation. Owners/host are not liable for injuries/sickness incurred by guests while using hottub. Guests use hot tub at own risk! ***Children under the age of 12 MUST have the supervision of an adult during use of the hot tub PLEASE NOTE: Guests are NOT allowed to use the hottub after 10 pm. Please be aware of this rule BEFORE making your reservation. The cabin is in a residential neighborhood and we want to be respectful of our neighbors. NO LOUD MUSIC IS ALLOWED WHATSOEVER!! It is the guests responsibility to be aware of these policies prior and during a stay. Failure to comply will result in the termination your reservation. Parking available in front of the cabin in the cul-de-sac during warm months only. ****VERY IMPORTANT!!!****** during winter months, it is illegal to park on street- you are required to park your in the driveway just in front of the cabin. Snow plows need space to clear the culdesac when it snows. A 200$ fine will be given if a car is parked in the culdesac that prevents a snow plow from coming through. **** also you MUST have either chains on your car if it’s 2WD or a 4 WD car if you plan traveling to the cabin during winter months. Management is NOT responsible whatsoever for towing cars when cars are stuck due to snow accumulation. A snow shovel is provided on the front porch of the cabin. Guests must use own NETFLIX and Amazon Prime accounts to utilize TV for shows. Trundle bed in second bedroom consists of two twins that can be pulled out into full size king bed. Pets not allowed- a $300 fee applies if pets are detected No smoking inside allowed- a $300 fee applies if smoking is detected ******Parties and entertaining at the cabin are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. ** Please note this property does not have doorways that allow for easy wheel chair access. There are also stairs leading up to entrance.
