Cozy accommodation - room 1

A private bedrooms/workspaces are in a bright, freshly renovated basement of a detached house. A quiet street with access to public transportation (3 min walk) and a major highway (2 min drive) to get you anywhere in the city in a reasonable time. Tourists and business travelers alike will enjoy easy access to Toronto’s business center and the Entertainment district. Shopping and Food/Groceries amenities nearby (5 min drive or 20 min walk to an excellent supermarket and shopping plaza). The space Our home is a bungalow in Victoria Village, built around the mid-1950s. It was completely renovated in 2015, just before we moved in after purchasing it. Guest access The rooms are accessed through the side door on the right of the house. No access to the backyard / front door / front yard. We have one parking spot per room on our driveway for the regular cars, not pick up trucks. The parking spot available upon requests on time of booking. Price for the parking is $5 per night. During your stay I am usually available between 07:00AM and 07:00PM. I will do my best to respond to you as soon as I can.
