Guest access A short elevator ride will take you from your top-floor condo to the main floor, where you have direct access to pools, the beach, covered parking and lobby. Take a walk on the beach, relax in the sauna, play games, get a massage, kayak in the ocean, test your balance on a stand-up paddleboard all from the condo. If you feel like seeing more that just Coronado Bay, taxis and nearby buses can take you to wherever your heart desires. The options are endless for enjoying your time away in paradise! Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: for monthly rentals (28 days and over), the renter pays for the electricity (amount is largely dependent on ac usage $25- $350 apprx). For stays of 3 months and longer, the renter pays the monthly electricity as well as cable/internet (approx. $60/mo). Due to the extreme interest for bookings during the winter months, I start booking reservations less than 6 months in duration, starting in September.
