In addition, renters may also be responsible for issues directed by the City officials. -Home has Strict Occupancy limits: The city of Anaheim is very specific in regards to the number of guests that can be staying in the house according to the number of bedrooms. Smoking inside will result in a $1,500.00 fine. -Per insurance regulations, the guest needs to sign a Rental agreement and swimming pool waiver. -NO LARGE GATHERINGS/PARTIES. Loud and large parties are strictly prohibited. Any violation can result in fines up to $2,500.00 and loss of booking. - PET POLICY: Prior approval is needed for pets. Additional fees will apply. Separate fee of $150.00 -CLEANING: A non-refundable departure cleaning fee is required on rentals. We ask that guests treat the home with care, leaving the property in the same general condition as found upon arrival. The house is inspected after guest departure. Additional charges will apply for stains on carpets, furnishings, linens, or towels, excessively dirty ovens, stove tops, or BBQ grill, dirty dishes, excessive trash, and moved furniture, or appliances. These are not normal wear and are covered by the cleaning fee. Items requiring extra cleaning at departure will be charged to the guest. -MAINTENANCE and SERVICE: DO NOT SET THE THERMOSTAT BELOW 72 DEGREES (AIR CONDITIONING) IN THE SUMMER AND ABOVE 78 (HEAT) IN THE WINTER. This can sometimes result in equipment failure. Every reasonable effort will be made to remedy and correct the unforeseen situation. -PLEASE BE ECO FRIENDLY!
