The property is 3000 square meters lot, located in a village surrounded by a banana plantation.The house is 8 years old and about 300 square meters home. The guest only use second floor and part of the ground floor area and outdoor kitchen. Maximum 16 guests The space Each of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, there is a Bathroom on the lower floor and an outdoor bathroom as well. A total of 6 bathrooms. -BR1-16ftx12ft, 1 queen bed plus 1 single bed -BR2-14ftx12ft, 1 queen bed -BR3-14ftx12ft, 1 queen bed -BR4 14ftx12ft, 1 queen bed -second floor terrace-24ftx16ft, -second floor setting area-14ftx10ft, -first floor living room/common area/dinning place-40ftx18ft, -lanai-24ftx18ft, outdoor kitchen-12ftx12ft. -Second floor terrace/balcony has 3 lounge beds (single beds) Guest access Second floor/ground floor , living room/common area/ dining, lanai, 12ft x12ft outdoor kitchen, beach and front/back yard. During your stay We live in the 3rd floor of the house. When we’re not home a care taker is also available to help the guest. Also a manager can be contacted when guests needed help. Other things to note We have 1 lovely dogs who like to roamed around the property.
