Very quiet, and quaint beach community. Neighbors are known for their dog. No tax will collected on stays over 30 day. The space The trade wind that comes and visit daily (1-5 PM) lets you know the ocean is a short leisurely walk from this home away from home. This immaculate cottage is surrounded by fruit, vegetable and flower garden that is as immaculate. Watch people exercise and walk their dogs while having your morning coffee. Guest access The entire house is all yours with front and back sitting/garden areas. Other things to note Absolutely NO REFUND on paid reservation or deposit. Minimum age limit is 28. Listed price is based on 2 people. Maximum capacity is 3 per house. Additional fee for added person, and must be approved prior to checking in. Absolutely no pet.
