Shopping, groceries, and restaurants are all within walking distance. PARKING Free street parking is available. Please read the posted parking sign carefully. ROOM This room has a queen bed, a futon, a big screen tv, a desk, a closet, and access to a private ½bathroom. The windows give you ample natural light. This room has a lock for your privacy and security. MAIL DELIVERY Please ask our mailing address prior to sending your mail/delivery to us. KITCHEN My kitchen has a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster. You are welcome to use the cooking essentials. Please clean after yourself. LAUNDRY ROOM Washer: $3.00 per load Dryer: $2 per 60 minutes BACKYARD Relax and enjoy the sun in the backyard. I am happy to host you. A larger-than-life symbol of the entertainment business, Hollywood beckons tourists with landmarks like TCL Chinese Theatre and star-studded Walk of Fame. Highlights include Paramount Pictures, historic music venues like the Hollywood Bowl, and Dolby Theatre, home of the Oscars. Scenesters can choose from improv comedy clubs, retro-cool bars and velvet-roped nightclubs. Locals frequent eateries in nearby Thai Town. Uber and Lyft are commonly used as they are relatively inexpensive and easy to get. The bus and metro system is also reliable. For running around the city, you can also rent a bike or scooter. Renting a car can be expensive. Some of our guests that never driven in LA got tickets for traffic or parking violations. Parking is often hard to find. Parking fee can go up to $35 per day. I am very excited to be given the opportunity to host you. These house rules are created based on suggestions from many of my guests such as yourself. Please follow the house rules to maintain an enjoyable environment for all guests. 1. Zero tolerance -No parties, no intoxicated behavior, no illegal drugs, no smoking marijuana, and no smoking cigarettes anywhere inside the property. Smoking cigarettes is permitted in designated areas only. 2. No pets, extra guests, or visitors without prior approval from your on-site host. 3. No illegal movie/music down/upload with our internet. We use Spectrum/Time Warner and they track the user and will issue a fine. 4. Please take off your shoes (as posted) 5. Please turn off the AC, TV, and or other electronics before leaving the house. 6. Please don't make loud noise after 08:00 p.m. and before 09:00 a.m. 7. Please do not put oil, bones, or leftovers in the garbage disposal. It will cause a clog. Please use the trashcan instead. 8. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper and seat covers into the toilet. It will cause a clog.
