The little house on a county rd.

Our Little House is located just 3 short miles from beautiful down town Grand Marais. There are several stores where you can purchase supplies, a number of fun shops to meander through, good food, great coffee friendly people and of course, Beautiful Lake Superior! There are several hiking, biking, skiing and snowmobile trails as well as lakes for fishing, canoeing and kayaking. We are only 20 mi from Lutsen, and 3 from the North House Folk School to visit or take in a class. The space Our home is most comfortable for 5 but will sleep 6 with the sofa down stairs. Nicely set up for a family with kids. At the top of the stairs is bedroom #2, (there is no way to say a 1.5 bedroom cabin) a smaller area with a double bed that sleeps 2 and a private "dressing room". You do have to walk through that room to get to the other, bedroom #1 which has a king size bed that sleeps 2 and a single bed that sleeps 1. Then on the main level there is a sofa that sleeps 1. Guest access We supply all your linens, kitchen supplies, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. As well as a fire pit, gas grill and gas fireplace. Other things to note Occasionally there may be canned goods and spices left by the previous guest, please feel free to help yourself.
