The space The house is a single-story accommodation, type F2, with a small private courtyard and 1 parking space for 1 car. It is part of a secure residence (high fence and day and night guard) located in Sherko, in Angondjè, 8 minutes from Libreville Airport, beaches and the Beach Club (restaurant, swimming pool and tennis court) of La Sablière, 5 minutes from Maxi CKdo and PRIX IMPORT supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, banks, dry cleaning, and many other useful shops, 3 minutes (by car) or 15 to 20 minutes (on foot) from the Stade de l'Amitié (stadium in which the CAN: African Cup of Nations 2012 and 2017 took place) and 2 gyms (paid in Héliconia 1 and 2 hotels) and the Angondjè Hospital. It includes: - 1 small front terrace, - 1 air-conditioned living/dining room (equipped with a small modern 4-seater sofa + coffee table, a 32-inch LED TV, a table + 4 chairs for meals and for working). At the end of the living room, 1 single bed (0.90 m X 1.90 m), which means that the accommodation can accommodate up to 3 people. - 1 kitchen (well equipped) with cupboards, 4-burner stove, microwave, 2-door fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots and cooking utensils, - 1 air-conditioned bedroom with closet (50% of the closet includes shelves and the other half includes the wardrobe area), equipped with a double bed (1.40 m X 1.90 m), 2 bedside lamps. 1 ironing board and 1 iron are available for guests -1 bathroom, in which we place towels, some other products: soap, toilet paper, shampoo, etc. The normal occupancy of the accommodation is a maximum of 3 people. The windows are sliding glass windows with mosquito nets. Provided: all furniture and appliances, dishes, pots and pans and all kitchen necessities, sheets and towels, cleaning service, internet, water and electricity. Everything necessary for daily operation is provided. Guests just come with their clothes, shoes and computer. Guest access The proposed accommodation is an entire home. On this basis, guests have access to all rooms in the accommodation. A washing machine is located in the entrance to the accommodation. Outside, guests have access to free parking. Other things to note - Since the beginning of April 2018, we have opted for very high-speed fiber optics in order to significantly increase the power of the subscription and the quality of internet access in order to improve the comfort of the occupants of the accommodation. - No unpleasant surprises: water, electricity and internet and Canal subscriptions are covered by the residence. - Check-out time is 12:00 p.m. (time set on AIRBNB). That being said, for more flexibility, especially for travelers with return flights in the evening, it is now possible to depart at any time of their choice (before 11:30 p.m.) for a "day package" whose amount will be communicated on site. Just let the host know your choice of departure time the day before the departure day. Guests with a stay of 30 days or more can freely choose their check-out time at no extra cost, provided they inform the host the day before the actual check-out day.
