JamboHouse Lamu is a small guesthouse in Lamu Town. We are not a 5 star resort - we offer budget accommodation with clean rooms and lots of information to make your stay in Lamu as good as possible. We have 3 rooms with integrated bathroom and 2 rooms with private external bathroom. Our delicious breakfast is already included. We have free wifi internet for our guests and during the day free coffee/tea. On arrival we serve a Welcome Drink, give a map of Lamu and plenty of useful information. The space JamboHouse Lamu is located on one of the highest places in town. From our Top Roof guests have a nice view of Lamu Town, can see sunrise and in certain times of the year also sunset. JamboHouse Lamu is located three minutes walking from Lamu Fort, five minutes walking from Lamu Museum. The closest (local) shop is just 50 m away. This room is located on the ground floor and is self-contained. N E W @ JamboHouse Lamu In case of a power blackout, we have back up batteries in each room. Stand fans/tower fans can ran for up to 11 hours. Guests can also charge laptops or phones. During your stay I also stay in the same house so more or less I'm always available. Guests can also reach me by phone. My staff is also around till at least lunch time (till they are finishing work).
