This is a entire ranch style property (House, Guest House, Pool, BBQ Area, Children's Playground, and Terrace) featuring hosting capabilities for up to 24 people (including children). This is a great location for you to spend your vacation and have a REAL home away from home instead of paying for overpriced hotels for you and your friends and family. This location is a short walk away from the beaches and the property is located in a gated community with 24/7 security. The space The Ranch Style house has 3 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms with a 1full kitchen, 1 living room, and 1 dining room with fully working air conditioning to keep you cool even when it's hot. The Guest House has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathroom with a 1 full kitchen, 1 living room, and 1 dining room with fully working ac. The backyard has a pool, a 1/2 bathroom (wow!), and a charcoal BBQ area for you to sit down and enjoy some good quality times with friends and family together. Also, there is a area for the kids to play as well! Guest access Everything is available to be used with the exception of the washer and dryer. Other things to note Check in is at .3 pm, we ask you to please be on time, check out is at 1 pm next day will leave us 2 hours to be able to clean up the place for the next guests thanks for your cooperation, hope you enjoy your vacation.
