Villa Guaiu

My place is close to the beach. You'll love my place because of the comfort, the view, the high ceilings, the tranquility, the location. The estate's pool is located in front of the beach. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, families (with kids) . The space Villa located 15 km from Santa Cruz Cabralia 10 km from Santo André where the German team stayed during the World 2014 near a village called Guiau comprising 3 bedrooms with separate bathroom, 2 terraces, quiet in a condominio of 5 hectares with swimming pool, direct beach access, beach restaurants nearby. The temperature is always pleasant in any season; from 18° in winter to more than 30° in summer bathed by trade winds. All bedrooms have AC with a fan as well. The bedding is quality, there are 3 double beds and in a bedroom 1 pull-out bed. Towels and bath towels are provided as well as sheets. The kitchen is equipped with a 6-fire gas stove, a microwave , 2 refrigerators with freezer, coffee maker, blinder,etc... A laundry room with a washer-dryer with capacity.
