COZY & AWESOME HOUSE NEAR THE OCEAN AT DIEMBERING

Two-storey house (900 m²) of 180 m² between the Atlantic Ocean and the village of Diembering. Charming place because of the cosy space and the comfort. Ideal accommodation for all types of people and especially families. Minimum stay 3 months. Staff available in the house: gardener and cleaning lady (and kitchen if desired) at the expense of the owner. The house is powered by solar energy and the water comes from underground sources in the area (wells). It is recommended to read all the rules. The space The house has a garden with a pergola and a garage. On the ground floor there is a large terrace, living room and equipped kitchen (gas refrigerator), 1 double room with private bathroom, 2 rooms with single bed and another bathroom. Upstairs there is a large living room, 2 two bedrooms with double beds made with natural materials from the region and 1 bathroom + shower (separate). At 100 m walking from the village and 250 m from the beach. Guest access The guests have at their disposal the whole house (except for a closed room on the upper floor), the terrace, the garden and a small kiosk to have a drink, read or rest. There is a garage for the car. Other things to note We promote respect of the staff, the indigenous people with their customs and religions as well as home looking after their spaces and keeping it clean.
