"El Canelo" House

**Dear Guest, We regret to inform you that due to the recent forest fires in the area, our cabins are not available at this time. We are working to resolve this situation and will keep you updated on any updates. We appreciate your understanding and support.** The space We are located in the town and hill "El Canelo", in San José de Maipo. This place owes its name to the sacred tree of the Mapuches, El Canelo, located in the wet ravines in the area. We are at an altitude of 1100 MT which offers a privileged view and the possibility of enjoying the area's particular flora and fauna. If you are looking for a refuge, comfort and rest in nature, Casa en la Montaña is your perfect choice! We have four beautiful houses with architectural design, private terrace, large gardens, native forest and common areas to share: pool, tinaja, quincho area and campfire. Unfortunately, we do not have access for people with disabilities, in addition, there may be dangerous sectors for children and adults; spiral staircase, terraces at height, floor windows, among others. **Important Information** 1.- Access is only by 4x4 vehicle, so you must have a vehicle suitable to get there. (If you do not have this type of vehicle, we can coordinate support for the transfer). 2.-. At check-in, we request a guarantee transfer of $100,000 (one hundred thousand pesos). The refund is made within a maximum period of 48 hours after check-out. 3.- We do not allow visits during the day or exceeding the capacity of each house. 4.- We accept pets, paying a fee of 10,000 and as long as you comply with the regulations. (We can offer you a "Pet Kit" that includes use of a pet bed, use of a food plate and water plate and a roll of waste bags). We have WIFI, however, the signal can be unstable at times due to our location. Guest access Access is only by 4x4 vehicle. We will coordinate your arrival in advance Hours of operation: Check-in from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. If you are unable to arrive at this time, please coordinate your check-in for the next day. Check-out at noon. Administration 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Other things to note There are no places nearby to buy supplies. Each guest must bring their own supplies. If you want to explore the surroundings, consider bringing hiking shoes.
