Welcome to a peaceful Niagara Falls retreat, offering an authentic, tech-free & mindful environment for relaxation and restoration. This is a shared home filled with thoughtful touches, natural surroundings, and eco-conscious living, designed for guests who value a true sense of peace and a restorative reprieve. Your weekend includes: A self-drive experience to enjoy a wine tasting with charcuterie at Niagara-on-the-Lake winery, lavender pillow spray, Ontario made chocolate & take home gift. The space Guests enjoy 2 private guest room bathroom, with shared access to the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas—perfect for travelers who value peace, mindfulness, and a sense of community. Relax and recharge in two cozy guest rooms, nestled among trees and just steps from a quiet ravine, with thoughtful touches including eco-friendly amenities and a clean, allergy-friendly environment. I sleep on the lower floor during your stay, sharing the hallway and driveway, kitchen, so you’ll have privacy while knowing help is nearby if needed. While there is no cooking on the stove or oven, you are welcome to enjoy a variety of convenient amenities: Microwave, water kettle, panini press (for toasted sandwiches), coffee maker, toaster, and hand blender are available. In addition glassware, coffee mugs, plates, bowls, wine glasses, silverware, can opener, and wine bottle opener are easily available. Shareable fridge space is provided. Filtered Brita water filter and pitcher. We also provide essentials to make your stay effortless and comfortable: Paper towels, dish towels, napkins, hand soap, dish soap, and cleaning products. Guest access While there is no stove or oven available, you are welcome to use a variety of other appliances for food preparation, including warming meals, making salads, assembling sandwiches, or organizing travel snacks. I will personally show you your private spaces during your welcome and orientation, as well introduce you to the home and neighborhood and provide recommendations for best local dining. Want to stay in and have a home cooked meal instead? Ask your host as she's a market vendor, able to access fresh local ingredients, and taught Italian cooking classes. Fresh, local, and home made - can't beat that. For your privacy and ease, please avoid using the Kitchen Pantry, select cupboards, lower kitchen cabinets, and the bathroom closet, which are reserved for household use. Other things to note No parties, smoking, vaping, alcohol overconsumption, or drugs of any kind (including marijuana/joints) inside or outside the home/property. No candles or incense. No extra guests beyond your reservation. No pets or service animals due to the nature of the environment and sensitivities. No loud music. No cooking or use of the stove/oven. Please leave the home as you found it and respect the 11:00 a.m. check-out time to allow for proper cleaning. Late check-outs are $45 per 30 minutes. Lost guest key: $45 each. Any soiled linens requiring dry cleaning or damage to the home are the guest’s responsibility. Oil leaks in the driveway are the guest’s responsibility. Before leaving, please close all windows and turn off lights. The thermostat controls both floors—please check with your host during orientation for proper settings. No personal barbecues. Please be respectful of the property inside and out, including neighbors. Remove shoes and leave them at the base of the stairs. Arrival & Orientation: Your estimated arrival time is mutually agreed upon at the time of booking. If there are changes, please notify your host as soon as possible, and confirm a few hours prior to arrival. This allows us to welcome you, orient you to the home, and provide local recommendations.
