Two bedroom suites The space The entire space can be rented for listed price, up to four people, additional charges after first four guests. Don't need the entire space? We also rent the individual suites with the shared common areas. Two unique master suites with private bathrooms. Views of Pikes Peak from either room. A slipper claw tub with hand shower adorns one room, while the other displays a Kohler enclosure with a teak floor/ sit down shower. You can view Pikes Peak from either bath. Vessel sinks and modern fixtures throughout. Mini Refrigerators are provided for each Suite along with a 40" full motion tilt LED TV's, which may be viewed from bed or while bathing. Beds are memory foam and or memory foam topped. We use crisp, clean fine, white bedding, comfy comforters and have plenty of extra throws and pillows. All bedding (including pillows) are protected with hypo allergenic liners. White towels insure everything is clean as well. There is a Kitchen in the space, includes everything you need: electric range, microwave, coffee maker. Dishwasher coming soon. There are also two living room/ family room spaces. One space has a 50"LED television, sleeper sofa couch a coffee table and chairs. This is where two additional people in your party could sleep. The other area has a 65" television a large sectional sofa and a smoking bar. The bar is approximately 9'5' long by about 5'5" wide. nice for games, hanging out, large groups. Its a wonderful space, if you really had some people that wanted to join you in Colorado, two people could crash on the sectional. creating enough room for 6- 8 guests. Dish network Guest access If you rent one room you will have access to your room, and all common areas including kitchen and both family/living spaces. The option for additional guests in the common areas are only available if you rent both rooms and add additional people. You are welcome to enjoy the front porch, the lower level, a fire pit is available. There is a large turn around parking area, with a walking path to the lower level guest entrance. Private access to the space. Other things to note Water is a precious commodity in Colorado. We ask our guests to be conservative in their water usage. We rely on bottled water for drinking and cooking. We are happy to share info on the area; there are plenty of sites to see. We have wonderful eating establishments in town, but if you want to venture further, Pueblo and Walsenburg are just 25 miles away. Or cook yourself a meal in the full kitchen.
