Cozy villa located 115 km from the capital city, with access to the sea 400 meters away. Main house: 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar, 1 large refrigerator, 1 small refrigerator, freezer, and A/C in all areas. Outside (Rancho): Living room, dining room, kitchenette, cellar, small refrigerator and bottle cooler, full bathroom and shower, 1 Bedroom with A/C and full bathroom. A gas barbecue and paella pan. Beautiful garden and pool area. Covered garage for 2 vehicles. The space Beautiful villa, beautifully decorated to have a few days of rest, with a beautiful garden 🪴 that conveys peace and harmony, a large social area perfectly equipped with spaces to enjoy and relax. There are several and diverse board games available. Sound system in the ranch and garden. Guest access The house has covered parking for 2 vehicles, outside there is safe space to park more vehicles and it is very safe because it is inside a private and secure condominium. Other things to note The service of 1 employee is included exclusively for general cleaning, NOT cooking, with a schedule of 8-5PM. If you need an extra person for cooking, we will gladly be notified in advance and you can get a person with the same schedule (8-5) at an additional cost of Q125 per day. In addition, there is a person in charge of the exterior (garden, ranch and pool) who arrives a couple of hours every day early in the morning. Both people are fully vaccinated, likewise "if you do not want both of them to be there during your stay, please let us know and only the person in charge will be there to deliver and receive the house". The WiFi key is located at the bottom of the Router (main room). There is 1 4-wheel motorcycle available, which can be "rented" for Q350 per day + fuel
