The House is located in the upper part of Los Molles, called "Bahía Esmeralda", looking towards the beach that is a 5-minute walk away. Los Molles is a spa located 190 km from Santiago, next to Highway 5 Norte. It has a large white sands beach, suitable for bathing and a beautiful walk to the north with endemic flora and fauna, beautiful rockers by the sea. It has good restaurants, grocery stores, and a fisherman's cove that sells fresh fish in summer. The space The house is two floors; on the 1st floor there is an entrance hall, spacious and bright living room with Bosca fireplace; dining room; kitchenette. Both the living room and kitchen have exit to the terrace and the quincho and full view of the beach. On the first floor and near the entrance hall is a full bathroom with shower and half a bathtub; then one bedroom with two beds, plus another single bed. Two families can comfortably summer in this house, as it has beds for 12 people and there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and spacious common spaces. It is important to inform that Los Molles does not have good quality and quantity of drinking water. that is why the house has a 3000 liter pond and a pump to ensure the necessary availability and pressure. For the consumption of drinking water, in the kitchen there is a filtered water dispenser dispenser, which sells it in all the warehouses. Other things to note Los Molles is a 30-minute drive from La Ligua, a city with a Hospital, Supermarkets and very good fruits and vegetables. It is also famous for its fabrics, as is Valle Hermoso, a few kilometers from it. Another place to know in the surroundings is the Quilimarí Valley, with crops of vegetables, pallets and olive trees, beautiful landscapes and crafts. It is 15 minutes away by car to the North.
