The home features 5 bedrooms: 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms (1 shared bathroom) are opened for up to 10 guests (minimum booking), and the remaining rooms open as more guests are added (maximum 16) or for an additional charge. The property includes: - A separate 2-room staff house (not for rent) - Parking for up to 12 cars - Wi-Fi and Smart TVs in every room - A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, two refrigerators, and a dedicated freezer - And much more! Perfect for families or groups looking to relax and enjoy the oceanfront breeze. 🌴 Guest access The property features 5 bedrooms: - 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms are opened for up to 10 guests. - The 4th room with private bathroom becomes available for 11–14 guests or for an additional cost if less than 11 guests are arriving. - The 5th room with private batrhoom becomes available for 15–16 guests or for an additional cost if less than 15 guests are arriving. All shared areas — including the pool, dining room, garden, terrace, and entrance — are always included in your stay. 🌴 Other things to note We have a wonderful couple who work at the property and will be there to welcome you upon arrival. They’ll take care of cleaning the rooms, bathrooms, and garden, as well as help with the dishes. They’ve been part of our family for years and will make you feel right at home! The house is fully equipped with A/C, 50" Smart TVs, bed linens, pillows, towels, and shampoo in every room. The kitchen includes everything you need: dishes, utensils, a microwave, toaster oven, full stove with oven, two refrigerators, and a freezer. You’ll also find a charcoal barbecue (charcoal not included), a pool with a whirlpool area, spacious parking, and a beautiful garden. We provide 5 gallons of drinkable water for your stay. Pricing and Rooms - The listed price covers 10 guests. - Each additional guest over 10 is charged $15 per night automatically by Airbnb. - 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms are opened for up to 10 guests. - The 4th room with private bathroom becomes available for 11–14 guests, or for an additional charge if requested for under 11 guests. - The 5th room for 15–16 guests (full house) or for an additional charge if requested for under 15 guests. Maximum capacity: 16 guests total, day or night. Please note: no parties, events, or pets are allowed. Kindly avoid moving furniture, as it’s heavy and can scratch the floors. If using the A/C, please keep doors and windows closed to prevent overworking the units. Before entering the pool or bathrooms, use the outdoor showers to rinse off sand or dirt. If you’d like coconuts, our staff can help you buy some from beach vendors — but they cannot climb the palm trees for safety reasons.
