Strict Policy The space It's a large beach front.property with a beautiful garden, 3200 square meters with 5 rooms , 3 are open when 10 guests (minimun) book the house, the other rooms are open as more guests are included in the reservation (16 guest max) The house also includes a house with two rooms for the living employees (not.for rent) a parking space for 12.cars, Wi-fi, Smart Tv's in each room, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, two refrigerators, a dedicated freezer. And more. Guest access The property has five rooms, but only 3 are for rent with a capacity for 10 guests, all the other areas (pool, dinning room, entrance, garden, terrace, etc. are included in the package. Other things to note Here's more info on the house: We have a couple as our employees; they will help you upon your arrival. They will clean your rooms, the bathrooms, the garden, and help you with the dishes. They are very nice and have been with our family for years; they will make you feel at home! The house is equipped with A/C, 50" Smart TVs, bed linens, pillows, shampoo, and towels in every room. There is a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, microwave, toaster oven, kitchen with an oven, two refrigerators, a freezer, and utensils needed for cooking. We have a charcoal barbecue ready to be used (carbon not included) , a pool with a whirlpool area, spacious parking, and a nice garden. Also, 5 gallons of drinkable water are provided. The price you see on our page is for 10 guests. Above 10 guests, AIRBNB charges $15 per night per guest automatically. When the reservation is for 10 guests, 3 rooms are opened. If the reservation is between 11-14 guests, a 4th room is opened, and if the reservation is between 15-16 guests, a 5th room is opened (full house). The maximum number of guests allowed on the property is 16, whether it is during the day or at night. We ask our guests to please respect this policy. Parties, events, and pets are not allowed. We also ask our guests not to move furniture since it's heavy and may scratch the floors. If using the A/C, please keep the rooms closed to avoid overworking the A/C units. Please do not go into the pool or the bathrooms with sand or dirt; we ask our guests to use the outdoor showers before entering the pool or the bathrooms. If you want coconuts, you can ask our employees to get some for you or buy them from beach vendors. However, our employees can’t bring down coconuts from the house's palm trees! Our employees are very kind and attentive; they have been with our family for years and will be very nice to you. We ask you to be nice to them as well and treat them with respect.
