A large comfortable house on the shore of a private lake. The space Agro-estate "VeLyuNa" is a 4-level cottage near Minsk (15 km from the Moscow Ring Road). The estate is located on the outskirts of the village, near the forest. The 1.5-hectare area is fenced. The agro-estate owns a private lake with an island, a pier and a gazebo for 20 people. The guest house operates as a boutique hotel. The area of the cottage is 450 sq.m and there are only 4 rooms for guests: VIP room, Lux room, Semi de Lux room, Double room. You can book the entire cottage or by rooms. Detailed description of the rooms: 1. VIP room (room with a double oak bed, a fold-out sofa and a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi); 2. Lux room (room with a wicker king size bed, 2 sofas, private bathroom); 3. Semi de lux room (king size double bed, double Arabian bed, fold-out sofa, private bathroom within walking distance); 4. Double room (double bed, bathroom in the room). All rooms have bathrobes, towels, slippers, shampoo, hairdryer, toothpaste. The rooms are equipped with LCD TVs and free Wi-Fi. The VeLyuNa agro-estate specializes in family vacations. A baby cot can be placed in each room. Discounts are provided for children: children under 6 years old are free, 6-12 years old 50%. For your convenience, we offer all-inclusive accommodation, accommodation with 3 delicious home-made meals made only from fresh products. You can also choose other accommodation options: half board (accommodation + breakfast, dinner), bed & breakfast (accommodation + breakfast), room only (accommodation only). Tea, coffee, honey from our own apiary, homemade apple/birch juice, cookies - always on the table. Guest access Each guest has free access to: 1. Fireplace room (leather furniture, fireplace, 50" plasma TV, home theater, karaoke). 2. Billiard room (American table). 3. Guest kitchen (stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, everything you need to cook and serve meals). 4. A veranda with a panoramic view (if necessary, it is used as a smoking area, smoking in the house is prohibited). Guests can also use all the attractions on the estate for free: A swing - Large trampoline with a net - Hammock - a private lake with an island, a pier - the possibility of cooking barbecues, pilaf, fish soup (gazebo for 20 people, grill, cauldron) - fishing (all the necessary gear is available) - mushroom picking on the estate (in season) - bicycles (for adults and children from 3 years old) - sports equipment (balls, badminton) - Swimming pool (in warm season) - skis Entertainment activities are organized for the guests of the estate: 1. A master class in beekeeping on a private farm, the owner of the estate will teach you how to extract honey; 2. An interactive tour to the private museum of peasant life of the 19th-20th centuries on the territory of the estate; 3. A costume photo shoot with the creation of images of peasants and gentry in a peasant hut and outdoors; 4. A master class for children "little cook". 5. Russian wood-fire bath with mini pool, spa treatments and relaxation room (brooms, sheets, honey, birch juice). All of the above is provided to the guests of the agro-estate free of charge for stays of 4 days or more.
