Spacious, stylish suite in Suttons Bay Village

School Hill Suite is located in the Village of Suttons Bay within a five minute walk to main street, unique shops, restaurants, marina, beach and the Leelanau Trail. The space is tailored to accommodate up to four adults/children over the age of 12. Our stylish suite is private, exceptionally clean, and in a quiet area of the village. "Crisp, clean, uncluttered comfort and happy guests" is our motto. Thanks for considering our cozy spot. The space The suite includes a large living area with two modern sofas with original Haywood Wakefield side table, a 65" smart TV, and contemporary electric fireplace with blower/heat and timer. We provide a complimentary coffee/tea station, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and toaster. This is a self, keyless check-in and the entry will be private to you. Secure bike storage is available. As you enter, you will immediately go down a stairway to your private suite entrance. Guest access The suite is private to you and we will never enter your suite unless requested a/o an emergency situation. There is a spacious living area, bathroom, eating/service bar area, private bedroom and additional sleeping area with two twins that can be converted into a king upon request. This sleeping space is semi private with curtain and built in room divider. Please refer to our photos. During your stay Your hosts Sharon and Colleen reside in the upper level of the home. Guests are welcome to text or call at any time. We respect your privacy and will not enter your suite unless you have made a request or in the event of an emergency. Other things to note All sheets are ironed at a high temperature on a 1950's Ironrite for a little added comfort and piece of mind.
